hi! this blog is a little of me – a twenty-something on the path of self-discovery and adventure.
sometimes i’m a ball of stress and emotion. sometimes i’m all sunshine and daisies. most of the time i just feel crazy.
i like taking pictures. i like cooking. i like making lists.
i have a thing for globes and maps. and bookstores. and art. and love.
i’m SO glad that at age 21, i decided to serve an 18-month mission for my church which allowed me to experience the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Barbados. it was an experience that has definitely had me viewing life much differently ever since.
i’d love to have more time and means to travel and try new things, but who wouldn’t?
i went to Italy with my mom in January 2012 and am itching to see more.
i’m in love with a man who is perfect for me in every way and makes life wonderful to live. he’s my best friend.
i think it’d be lovely to make a difference. and inspire. and uplift. even if in the smallest way.
